Mathematics is a highly respected qualification and is a requirement of all mathematically based degrees and of many scientific and engineering courses.  

Students study pure mathematics and applied units in statistics and mechanics over two years. It will encourage and develop your range of mathematical skills and techniques.  Your increased understanding of mathematics and mathematical processes will promote confidence and provide a strong foundation to progress to further study.

Where it leads

A Level Mathematics is accepted (with other subjects) as an appropriate qualification for entry to almost any career or degree course.
