The Sixth Form at Exmouth Community College is a vibrant, supportive, and ambitious community where students are encouraged to aim high and shape their future with confidence. We offer a wide range of academic and vocational pathways, exceptional teaching, and a welcoming environment that values independence, curiosity, and personal growth. Our dedicated staff work closely with students to help them achieve their goals—whether that’s university, apprenticeships, or entering the world of work—while providing opportunities to develop leadership, resilience, and real‑world skills. At ECC Sixth Form, every student is empowered to thrive and become the best version of themselves. We understand how difficult it can be to make the transition into the new styles of learning and levels of study necessary. We are able to offer both pastoral support staff and raising achievement support staff.

Based on our Gipsy Lane site, the Sixth Form hub offers plenty of space for study and socialising. Our spaces include:

• Sixth Form Café
• Sixth Form Common Room
• Small group intervention room

We have launched our newly refurbished Sixth Form Study hub, which includes:

• Two supervised study rooms
• Two independent study spaces
• A 1-1 intervention space

We host lessons in the fantastic Elizabeth Lee building and the dedicated Telfer teaching space. We use the Elizabeth Lee theatre for assemblies and productions, with sixth form students taking prominent roles in the whole school shows.
