Dear Parent & Carers,

The email for booking places for half term and w/c 1st June has just been sent out.  As we need to ensure we able to facilitate the increasing number of places required it is essential that the form is completed and returned as soon as possible (by 1pm Sunday 24th May).  If we do not receive a form by this time, we may not be able to accept the booking.
We are also asking for you to make bookings for w/c 1st June.  If you do not know your requirements for that week, please book the whole week anyway so we are able to ensure we have the correct numbers of staff and rooms available.  Once you know the definite days for that week, please email me directly to amend  rebecca.beaumont@exmouthcollege.devon.sch.uk
