ICT Support for Remote Learning
The ICT team are experiencing a high level of requests for password resets and help logging in to RM Unify and Teams. Please bear with us while we work through these requests, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
To ensure you experience minimal problems logging in to RM Unify for remote learning, you must login to RM Unify from the college homepage using the Unify Staff / Student link.
This is the ONLY way to ensure your login credentials are correct.
Use your firstname.lastname and password to login to RM Unify as you would on a college computer.
Once you are in RM Unify you will have access to all the online resources.
To use Microsoft Teams click on the Tile, you may be prompted to login. If so, you must use your College email address which will be in the format: email@example.com.
Some students such as those in Year 7 may have a number in front of their email address, e.g.:
When you have logged in, select "Continue in Browser" at the bottom of the screen.
Please ensure you are using an up-to-date browser such as Microsoft Edge or the latest version of Google Chrome. Internet Explorer will no longer work correctly.
